"I just wanted to give some feedback on the excellent four week intermediate course that Ben and Peta taught.
Everything about this course was outstanding... Ben and Peta were fantastic teachers; enthusiastic, approachable, knowledgeable and fun.
I learnt so much in these four weeks and found them invaluable. A few highlights were working on swing-outs - the exercises with our eyes closed were scary to start off with but as we relaxed into them, they were so enlightening! Another favourite was the exercise of working in three pairs and swinging-out, flanked by the two pairs either side - hilarious and brilliant at the same time. A true light bulb moment regarding swing-out technique.
It would be great if this was a regular course... I know there's another one starting next week but it's closed to follows due to a lack of leads (as per usual!). I'm going to try and email as many intermediate leads as I can to get them to sign up so I can get a place!
Ben and Peta are amazing teachers, they give so much to us with their relentless energy and passion.
